Large terrain models are useful to explain the various heights of hills, ridges, valleys, etc in a large rural development and can include whole new sections of mass planting, storm water lakes, roading and building development.
Terrain models are built from contour data and are textured with either an aerial photograph or standard texture maps. Even at this massive scale, our foliage and block model buildings are still three-dimensional!
Bulk and Location models are also used to convey the scale and layout of a large development before the architecture has been resolved.
We can create site models of large lots with indicative buildings and signage, but focusing predominately on the hard and soft landscaping.
