3D renderings are not just a marketing tool – they can help your project get through the Urban Design Panel. The UDP puts a huge emphasis on the experience of your building from street level or internal views and the overall aerial view. 3D renderings have a huge advantage over elevations because they show a real human view of your development.
They also give an accurate sense of form, scale and materiality for the project. Your project can even be inserted into a photo of the site to show the building in its actual context. Renderings can also be used to influence your country own Urban Design Panel's perception of the project just as they are for marketing. Unlike elevations, renderings can focus on the best parts of the building – the parts with the best architecture and where the most money is being spent.
